Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Items will normally be shipped within 48hrs of purchase. A street address is required for delivery as couriers do not accept delivery to PO Boxes.

*Flat rate shipping applies to NZ only and excludes chemical dangerous goods ie battery acid, bulky items such as motorcycles, generators, windscreens, road stands, ramps, ATV tyres and gearbags.  We will contact customers to advise shipping cost, or contact us for a quote first.  We will endeavour to get the best shipping cost for you.  

Please note all Items are subject to availability at time of purchase, if an item is not immediately available in New Zealand, you will be notified with the option to backorder the item, swap for a different colour/size/brand or cancel the item.

NZ SHIPPING

Timaru Yamaha uses Courier Post, NZ Couriers, or Post Haste Couriers for New Zealand deliveries, please allow 2 - 5 days for delivery within New Zealand. 

Motorcycles and ATVs can be shipped, please contact us prior to purchase as some motorcycles attract additional costs (on-road costs) and require driver's licence information.

 

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

Timaru Yamaha uses NZ Post (EMS) for Australian deliveries, please allow 5 - 10 days for delivery within New Zealand. 

Bulky items ie larger than a helmet and motorcycles are not available for delivery to Australia.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Timaru Yamaha may be able to ship to our country, please contact us with which product you require and where you are situated. Email us


RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase then we want to hear from you.

Simply return the item in the same condition that you received it for replacement within 30 days of you receiving your product/s for another product or store credit.

We do not have to give a refund if you change your mind about a purchase - so please choose carefully.

If the product you have bought is faulty, we will provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act.
