SHIPPING

Items will normally be shipped within 48hrs of purchase. A street address is required for delivery as couriers do not accept delivery to PO Boxes.

*Flat rate shipping and free shipping on orders over $150 applies to NZ only and excludes chemical dangerous goods i.e. battery acid, bulky items such as motorcycles, generators, windscreens, road stands, ramps, ATV tyres and gearbags.  We will contact you to advise shipping cost, or contact us for a quote first.  We will endeavor to get the best shipping cost for you.

Please note all Items are subject to availability at time of purchase, if an item is not immediately available in New Zealand, you will be notified with the option to backorder the item, swap for a different colour/size/brand or cancel the item.

Timaru Yamaha uses Courier Post, NZ Couriers, Aramax or Post Haste Couriers for New Zealand deliveries, please allow 2 - 5 days for delivery within New Zealand. 

E Balance Bikes are shipped as dangerous goods due to their lithium batteries, please allow 7 days for delivery. These cannot be shipped to a rural delivery address.

Motorcycles and ATVs can be shipped to your door, please contact us prior to purchase for a shipping cost.

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase then we want to hear from you.

Simply return the item in the same condition that you received it for replacement within 30 days of you receiving your product for another product or store credit.

Please note clearance, closeout, end of line items and electrical components are not returnable.

We do not have to give a refund if you change your mind about a purchase - so please choose carefully.

If the product you have bought is faulty, we will provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act.
