Shipping policy

Items will normally be shipped within 48hrs of purchase. A street address is required for delivery as couriers do not accept delivery to PO Boxes.

*Flat rate shipping and free shipping on orders over $150 applies to NZ only and excludes chemical dangerous goods i.e. battery acid, bulky items such as motorcycles, generators, windscreens, road stands, ramps, ATV tyres and gearbags.  We will contact customers to advise shipping cost, or contact us for a quote first.  We will endeavor to get the best shipping cost for you.  

Please note all Items are subject to availability at time of purchase, if an item is not immediately available in New Zealand, you will be notified with the option to backorder the item, swap for a different colour/size/brand or cancel the item.

NZ SHIPPING

Timaru Yamaha uses Courier Post, NZ Couriers, Aramax or Post Haste Couriers for New Zealand deliveries, please allow 2 - 5 days for delivery within New Zealand. 

E-Bikes are shipped as dangerous goods, allow 7 days for delivery. These cannot be shipped to a rural delivery address.

Motorcycles and ATVs can be shipped, please contact us prior to purchase for a shipping cost.

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

Timaru Yamaha uses NZ Post (EMS) for Australian deliveries, please allow 5 - 10 days for delivery within New Zealand. 

Bulky items i.e. larger than a helmet and motorcycles are not available for delivery to Australia.
