Returns & Eligibility

Our return period is 30 days from the date you receive your product.

Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their undamaged original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Ordering Errors & Change of Mind

If an incorrect item is ordered, we will supply the correct product once the original item is returned in new, unused condition.

If the correct replacement is declined or you change your mind on the purchase, only store credit can be issued.

Non‑Returnable Items

Sale, Clearance & End of Line

Sale, clearance, and end of line items are not eligible for returns.

Electrical Items

Electrical items cannot be returned. 

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. Size exchanges may be accommodated if the item is unused, in original condition, and the required size is in stock.

Shipping & Returns

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Shipping charges are non‑refundable.

If a return is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the store credit.

Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable courier service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned goods.
